Each dilator rod can be adjusted individually using wingnuts to tighten or loosen position on the screw, with only smooth steel pressing against sensitive tissue while spiraling screws stay outside against the buttocks. Insert with the dilator prongs close together, then slowly adjust to widen, adding lube as you expand.
