If your order was protected with OrderArmor Shipping Protection, you may submit a claim for packages that were lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Eligibility Requirements
To submit a claim, your order must:
- Have OrderArmor Shipping Protection selected at checkout
- Be within the claim timeframe (see below)
- Have a valid order number
- Be shipped to the address entered at checkout
Claim Timeframes
Please submit your claim within the following timeframes:
- Lost in transit: after 7 days (US) from last tracking update
- Marked delivered but not received (stolen/missing): within 5 days of delivery date
- Damaged package or item: within 48 hours of delivery
Claims submitted outside of these windows may not be eligible.
Claim Types We Cover
OrderArmor covers the following situations:
- Lost in Transit: Tracking has stopped updating and the package was never delivered.
- Delivered but Missing (Porch Theft): Tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive the package.
- Damaged Items: Product arrived broken, leaking, or unusable.
Required Information for Claims
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Description of the issue
For damaged items, please also include:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
What is NOT Covered
OrderArmor does not cover:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Packages refused by the customer
- Orders marked delivered to a secure location (locker, front desk, etc.)
- Delays caused by carrier (weather, holidays, etc.)
- Normal product wear or user damage
Important Policy Notice
If your order did NOT include OrderArmor Shipping Protection, EllaParadis is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
In these cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement shipment
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method
Resolution type may vary based on product availability and situation.
