The short answer is no. We understand that personal preferences can vary significantly when it comes to the products we offer, especially in the case of intimate items. As such, we do not provide a "one size fits all" satisfaction guarantee, as what excites one person may not be the perfect fit for another.

Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Please note that the shipping options you choose take effect on the day the item ships, not the day you order. For example, if you order an item on a Friday or a Saturday, the next business day (normally, with the exception of a Monday Holiday) would be Monday.
98% of the time orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (in stock items only) during the business week. Your order will be processed and shipped same business day if made before 10 am CST. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by us, or our shipping partners.
Expedited shipping methods do not deliver on weekends. Also, UPS does not guarantee delivery for express methods around holidays, and in the case of bad weather.
We cannot control delivery errors, especially if your address is incorrect, or not 100% complete.

We always use discreet packaging with no reference to EllaParadis.com. Domestic packages will have no reference to their contents. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes or standard, carrier issued packaging. Occasionally we use opaque pad paks. Our return address is also benign.

Generally speaking, no. Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to cancel, change your address or shipping method or modify an order that you have already placed. Please order carefully as we cannot promise that your order will be canceled if requested.

When you place your order, Ella Paradis will send you a few emails:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping and Tracking confirmation
- Problem with your order (situation specific)
If you did not receive your order related emails:
- Have you checked your spam folder and Gmail promotions tab?
- Did you check out with an alternate email address?
- Could you have entered your email address incorrectly?
- Could you have provided an unmonitored email address?
None of these email communications will subscribe you to our newsletter. The newsletter is 100% voluntary and you control subscribing and unsubscribing. We will never sign you up for the newsletter without your permission.
A valid phone number is important for contacting you regarding an urgent issue with your order.

No. We will only communicate with you regarding the order you have placed and only as necessary. We will not sign you up for our newsletter, although you are welcome to! We will not send you a paper catalog or mailed solicitations. We will not sell your information to any third party.
